Independence notice Thirdgreenovo is an independent third-party information service. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or acting for any network named on this page. Trade marks belong to their owners and identify the subject of guidance only. For account, billing or contract matters, contact your network's official customer service. Calls to our line are standard geographic rate and provide general guidance only.

1. The service

Thirdgreenovo provides general consumer information about the UK mobile sector via this website and a telephone guidance line. The service is informational only: we sell nothing, access no accounts, and take no payments.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use the site and line for lawful, personal, informational purposes only.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent our content as official network material.
  • Abusive calls may be terminated and, where appropriate, reported.

3. Information basis

All content is general information provided on the basis set out in the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. Time-sensitive matters must be verified with official sources.

4. Intellectual property

Original text and design on this site belong to Thirdgreenovo. Third-party trade marks belong to their owners and appear nominatively only. You may share links to our pages freely.

5. Call terms

Calls to 020 3475 9516 are charged at your provider's standard geographic rate. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Advisers provide general guidance only and will refer account-specific matters to official channels.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of general information provided by the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting the revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts of the United Kingdom have jurisdiction.
